Leading up to your wedding day

Contract complete + booking fee paid, your date is secured. Yay! Feel free to contact me for absolutely anything, I’m always here for a chat.

If you chose an engagement session as an add on to your package (A great idea by the way!) we can start to discuss a date and get you prepped for your session.

6 weeks before your wedding

I will send through your final invoice and my timeline questionnaire. This questionnaire helps me plan your day and lets me know how much time we will have to capture key moments throughout.

Once the questionnaire and final payment is complete, we will set a midweek evening date (Pre-wedding consultation) to chat through the timeline of the day.

The week of your wedding

I will be in touch with you to see if there have been any changes to your timings and plans on the day

The day has arrived

I will keep a close eye on the schedule and will be as flexible as possible if parts of the day run over, which they often do, so no need to spend any time worrying about that.

Most of the day you won’t even know I’m there as I will be candidly photographing your day as it unfolds and no need to worry about your wedding portraits. If anything, it’s a chance to take a breather and relax.

The week following your wedding way

I will send a preview gallery (Highlights of the day) within a week of your wedding.

6-8 weeks after your wedding day

Your beautiful gallery will be ready! I will email across the link to your private online gallery, from there you can view | download | share your photographs with friends + family.

Within your gallery you will be able to choose the fine art prints included in your package.

A bespoke wooden USB will be beautifully packaged up with your chosen prints and sent to you.

You have the option to purchase a stunning album to showcase and preserve your Favourite Wedding Photographs

How does all that sound? I would love to hear from you.
